    Education Hour - CTK offers education programs for all ages during the hour before

    worship on Sundays.  All are welcome to attend these programs.

   Holy Communion  is celebrated every Sunday at CTK.  All Baptized people who are hungry for

    the Lord’s presence found in this meal of forgiveness and grace are welcome at the Lord’s table. 

    Grape juice (white), for those who prefer not to drink wine (red), is available at each service. 

    Communion is continuous.  A blessing is shared with children who do not commune.

A nursery is available each Sunday during the Education hour before worship and at the service for kids 3 years of age and younger.  A nursery attendant is scheduled at this time to stay with the children.

The nursery is brightly decorated and offers a program to connect even these little ones with our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

 

Special Worship Events

 

  • Wednesday evening during the season of Lent, including Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.  The time for all services is 7:00 pm.  A Soup Supper precedes the Wednesday services at 6:00 pm with favorite soups and sandwiches prepared by the members, and a time for fellowship.

  •  Easter Sunday brings a special Easter Breakfast prepared by the Confirmation Class and regular Sunday 10:00 am service.

  • Thanksgiving Eve Service – A joint worship service conducted at either CTK or Christ’s Church, 6930 Mexico Rd., on Thanksgiving Eve (Wednesday) at 7:00 pm. 

  • On Christmas Eve, CTK offers one service - 7:00 pm.  The services include Holy Communion and candlelight.
